Does my booking qualify for the Best Price Guarantee?
• Is the new itinerary an EXACT match, with the same dates, travel times, carrier, provider, booking code, hotel (including room type), rental car company, vehicle class or stand-alone product booking (i.e., not part of a hotel/air package)? If so, yes, it qualifies.
What, if any, are the restrictions on the lower-priced itinerary I found?
• The comparison rate must be both advertised and available to the general public on canadian English-language websites. In other words, it cannot be a membership program incentive, or part of a corporate discount or special.
Is the Best Price Guarantee good for itineraries available on "blind booking" websites?
• No, the Best Price Guarantee is unavailable for bookings on websites, where the carrier, property, rental car company, or similar booking details are not revealed until after purchase.
